About us
Casa Julio was born over thirty years ago by Julio and Carmen, a Mallorcan couple with the simple dream of cooking well and making people feel at home. What started as a family dining room in the Santa Catalina neighbourhood has become one of Palma's most beloved spots.
We don't invent anything new here: we respect the produce, honour the seasons, and revive the recipes our mothers knew by heart. The rice dishes are cooked over a slow flame, the bread arrives fresh every morning from the bakery across the street, and the wine comes from wineries we know by name.
